When used as a scrub, the coarse texture of the salt helps to remove dead skin cells, revealing a smoother and more radiant complexion. Regular exfoliation can also improve the absorption of other skincare products, allowing them to penetrate deeper into the skin.
When used as a soak, these blends create a relaxing spa-like experience.

Praise for our parts:
(what folks have to say about our ingredients)
lemon - has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties
lime - limonene in the oil supports easy absorption of nutrients, giving your skin a clean look and feel. Also has topical cleansing benefits and works on the appearance of acne, wrinkles, dark spots, and scars
thyme - effective at reducing acne-causing bacteria on the skin
grapeseed oil - thanks to its vitamin E and linoleic acid content, grapeseed oil can lighten skin discolorations like acne scars and sunspots; help speed the healing process and decrease the formation of keloid scars (raised, enlarged scarring commonly caused by acne)
calendula flowers - are rich in antioxidant compounds, have anti-inflammatory properties, can reduce sensitivity, soothe irritation, keep skin hydrated and help protect from the effects of UV exposure
-
Safety Considerations:
(associated with the pure extract, but included for informational purposes)
lemon & lime - photosensitizing (recommended to avoid prior to direct sunlight exposure); may cause skin irritation
thyme (red) - should be avoid during pregnancy, or if a history of high blood pressure exists; red thyme contains toxic phenols (carvacrol and thymol) that can irritate mucus membranes, cause skin irritation or sensitization
it is highly recommended to consult your doctor before using essential oils while pregnant or for children under 10 years old
